Deep Tissue Massage

All sessions are by appointment only. This ensures a calm, focused environment and allows me to provide the best experience for each client. You can view current availability and book online 24/7.

Side-by-side couples massage is not currently offered, but many couples enjoy booking back-to-back sessions. While one person receives their massage, the other can relax in the quiet lounge with a beverage (tea, coffee, or sparkling water) and choose to add a Foot Bath Ritual for an extra dose of relaxation before or after their session.
Note: The Foot Bath Ritual is a 15-minute paid add-on and must be scheduled in advance.

Yes! For your convenience, the Pzazz Salon offers a free private parking lot, in addition to the free street parking. Enjoy your session without the stress of paid parking.
Policies-
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity to fill your spot and keeps the schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the session.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.
Appointments booked within 24 hours are considered final and cannot be refunded, even in cases of illness.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. If you're late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client. The full session fee still applies.

If you're not feeling well, please give at least 12 hours’ notice so I can adjust the schedule.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice due to illness, a reduced fee of $40 may be charged to help cover the lost time.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may still be charged the full session fee.
Thank you for your honesty and for helping keep the space safe and respectful for everyone.

Gift certificates and prepaid massage series are non-refundable but fully transferable. A friend or family member may use them if you’re unable to redeem them.
Please note: Appointments booked using a gift certificate or package credit are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other sessions.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session credit. No-shows or same-day cancellations cannot be rebooked or refunded.
I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and I appreciate your advance communication whenever possible.
If you need help rescheduling or transferring a certificate, don’t hesitate to reach out.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, guests (including children) are not permitted in the spa unless they have an appointment scheduled during the same or adjacent time as yours. Thank you for understanding and helping to preserve the calm, healing atmosphere of the space.
